1. Please reset the controller if the controller doesn’t get charged. 2. You could play games on Windows PC via USB cable. When connected to PC, if the Steam or other game platform is running, the controller will work in D-Input mode and show “Pro Controller”. If NOT, it will work in X-Input mode and show “Xbox 360 controller for windows”. In Xbox 360 mode, A/B and X/Y will getreversed as Switch controller has different button layouts with Xbox. You could use an emulator software to adjust button mapping. 3. If you find button lag issue , please reset controller and restart the Switch. 4. If you cannot connect the controller with your Switch, please reset the controller first and go to Switch “Setting”–“Controllers and Sensors”–“Disconnect Controllers” to clear the historical connections for Switch, then restart the game console. Then try to pair again. Sometimes wireless connection is failed because your Switch host stores too much cache or AFTER A SOFTWARE’S UPDATE FOR YOUR SWITCH.
