The 16.4ft/5m LED strip light working voltage is 12V, extremely low heat. It is touchable and safety for children and your pets. Many other power adapters are neither certified nor properly made, and thus pose safety hazards and recall risks. Megulla always put quality in top priority and has not been involved in any of the recent recalls.

Tips:

The strip can be cut along the marks among every 3LED units when you need to bend the strip at corners, but you need 8mm 2Pin connectors to link them together. Otherwise the rest strip can not be used All adhesive is for one-time use, please use new adhesive after removing the strip lights off the original place. If you need to stick the lights to uneven surface, we suggest using gorilla tapes and brackets to keep the strip stay in place. You can also use hair dryer to warm up the adhesive before sticking for better installation especially in cold seasons
