Warm Tips: Before using the cooling cup you receive, please fill the Biogel bottle with 80% water. The lightweight gel bottles already contain the raw materials for cooling and are NOT empty. There is an 80% water level mark on the bottle, so please be careful not to overflow. After filling with water, wait a few minutes to activate the gel. The black sealing gasket inside the cap needs to be in place or it will leak. Please refer to the picture to confirm if it is the bottle size you need.
