Do I need a disposable swim diaper underneath?

You do not have to wear anything underneath the Happy Nappy Swim Diaper.

However, for ease of cleaning we would recommend our Happy Nappy System which includes a cotton Diaper Wrap and disposable bio-degradable Diaper Liners. Alternatively, you could use a disposable swim diaper underneath.
