Troubleshooting

1. Doesn’t Work:

Make sure the pairing between the wireless tv headphones and the USB transmitter is successful (Breathing blue light of headphones flashes slowly).

1) BKM400 wireless headphones for tv is only connected to the TV through the USB option, no sound can be heard.

After successful pairing, please follow the steps below:

If the TV’s USB port supports audio output: Open the sound settings, and adjust the TV audio to “USB”;

If the TV’s USB port doesn’t support output audio: Change the connection to optical, 3.5mm or RCA.

2) Plugged in USB port and optical/3.5mm/RCA port at the same time:

＞ Adjust the TV setting to “External Speaker”or“PCM”;

＞ If it still has no sound: please take off the USB transmitter from the tv, and get power to the USB transmitter via power adapter.

2. How to re-pair

1) Clear the headphone pairing history:

Press volume “-“ button on the headphones until the LED flashes once

purple. Then wait for the headphones to turn off automatically.

2) Clear the USB transmitter pairing history:

Get power to the transmitter. Use the included 3.5mm cable to quickly insert and

unplug 3 times until the red light flashes. Then, the transmitter flashes blue to indicate that the pairing is cleared successfully.

3) Turn on headphone, it flashes red and blue alternately. Keep the headphone close to the transmitter. Waiting for several seconds, the headphone flashes blue slowly. The pairing is successful. You will hear the sound again.

2. Poor Sound or Headphone Connection Interruption:

1) It may be caused by the incompatibility between the TV and USB transmitter. Please take off the USB transmitter from the TV, and get power to it through power adapter.
